Apartment Friends

Everest is a little boy in the city with toys, a cat, and a cozy apartment. When Lin moves in next door he has to get creative to overcome a language barrier. Will they become friends?

Everest and Lin have visited many classrooms over the years and created many opportunities to discuss differences, friendship, and the power of art to create unity.

Process: Illustrations created using linoleum block prints and edited in Photoshop. This book was produced, printed, and distributed starting in 2018.
